The NeighborWorks^® Home Ownership Center a program of NeighborWorks Greater Manchester has been offering home ownership education and lending services since 1992. The organization has helped over 576 families purchase homes through out the State of New Hampshire.

The HomeOwnership Center works with families through the education process and pre-qualifies eligible home buyers for first mortgages and down payment and assistance loans. The Center provides lending products and services to home buyers at any income level in any area in New Hampshire.

The lending staff has a total of 16 years experience in the mortgage lending industry and is highly trained to provide expert services to home buyers no matter what income level. Many people have attended a seminar thinking it would take years to buy a home. Due to the flexible underwriting guidelines the lending products it has taken some home buyers only a few months to purchase a home.

The Home Ownership Center offers a savings program called Individual Development Accounts (IDA) to help people save money for a down payment.
